It is my honor and privilege as a beta tester and content creator, with some of my
peers, to be able to share this up and coming health service app with you. It is available for Apple and Android devices, and focuses on bringing communities together for various chronic health conditions through timely sharing of current research, as well as personal experience. After successful launches into Cerebral Palsy, Long Covid, and ME/CFS, Turnto is ready to take its lift off into the world of Parkinson's Disease August 21, 2024. This is your opportunity to join the waitlist for Parkinson's Disease ahead of it's release, and be among the first to experience the power of instantly pooling knowledge and research that has the ability to level the playing field for all demographics. Turnto was born out of a family's struggle to help their son. In the words of app creator, Jess London; "I started Turnto after our family was told there were “no treatment options” to help our son living with a movement disorder very similar to Parkinson's (a rare type of Cerebral Palsy), when actually there were. However, it took years of personal research and connecting with others in the network to find a handful of life-changing treatments."
As a parent I empathize with their situation, because I know that I would leave no rock unturned for my children. Turning that love and determination into something everyone can use, is an act of kindness that can span and unify, in some fashion, our entire globe.
London goes on to say that, "Turnto is a platform that solves this, by speeding up and democratising medical information for every health condition. We do this by capturing new breakthroughs from consumers and professionals, translating medical literature in real-time, and nurturing a collaborative community that actively validates and shares results."
In my opinion, Turnto is a powerful idea with unlimited potential to level the playing fields of our sometimes overloaded medical systems. I believe that by putting more vetted information into the hands of the patients and their families, will take some of the strain off the system and help to create empowered patients.
I can support this endeavor with all of my heart. How about you?
