This it the loaf recipe that my mom and I used for the video. It's a tasty and easy alternative loaf to make if you are gluten intolerant like I am.
Prep time - 10 mins
Cook time - 50 mins
8 x 4 loaf pan
Stand mixer
Ingredients
3.5 cups oat flour, our ground oats
1/4 cup chia seeds soaked in 1/2 cup of water
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup applesauce 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
3 large eggs
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp flax seed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease or line with parchment paper your 8 x 4 loaf pan.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Mix in wet ingredients. Combine.
Bake until done. Extra time may be needed.
Cool and serve.
