Canadian Artist donates her talent to support Life with Parkinson's.

My name is Sonia Neubert. I am a Canadian artist and a self taught merchandise designer. I love to draw both traditionally and digitally which you can see on my social media; Sonia • Instagram photos and videos. In addition, I work in realism, photorealism, and expressionism. I mostly draw animals, cars, and characters from movies/tv shows. However, I am excited to broaden my portfolio by working in new directions, such as playing with different shades of colors; dabbling in anime and comic art; further experimenting with pens and markers.

Throughout my life my art has evolved om different areas. I didn't focus on a singular art style, but tried multiple, like: pop art, cubism, wet-on-wet, etc. Which extended my mind, formed my own techniques, and brought new techniques to the surface, such as different ways to draw realistically, shading with color and to observe tiny details in life. This journey has formed the art I create today. As a result of focusing on skill for so long, I am able to focus more on what my art communicates. If I have experienced something, my own emotions, or just my own opinion on a topic, it shows within my art through the colors, shapes, and visual perspectives. Thus making my art unique because my heart is my art.

"At Life with Parkinson's we are thrilled to have Sonia as part of our team. We look forward to her completing a new set of t-shirt designs, the first of which is shown above."
